Our M&A team is looking for an Investment Analyst to help with our growing pipeline!
Responsibilities
Analyze investment targets; independently conduct valuation (multiples, DCF, LBO, historical transactions), company, market and competition analysis
Perform ad hoc analyses to support the strategic decision making of PPF Group
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and advisors
Synthesize analytical conclusions into presentations for PPF Group leadership
Ideal candidate profile
Has up to two years of relevant experience in Private equity / Investment banking / Corporate finance / Consulting
Exceptional graduates are encouraged to apply as well
Has excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Has excellent communication skills, both towards internal and external stakeholders
Displays strong financial modelling, valuation, corporate finance, PowerPoint skills
Takes responsibility for own workstream with senior oversight
Is proficient in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Czech language is not required
Has knowledge of Bloomberg terminal / Capital IQ, or similar platform (an advantage, not a necessity)
